Communication

If you’re a new patient, please note we use text messages extensively to help keep your care simple and connected, from appointment reminders to sending and receiving important paperwork. You’ll also need an email address to set up your secure patient portal. From time to time, we’ll send helpful updates by email so you always have the information you need.

Portal

The patient portal can be used to communicate non-urgent matters with your provider. You can generally expect a response in 2-3 business days.

Use this number for semi-urgent health concerns and questions outside of normal business hours. It is not a replacement for an office visit and the primary goal of these calls is determining if urgent action is needed. Please BE SURE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. You can generally expect a call within an hour. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.
